Here are answers to some questions.
Do you clean upholstery?
I can clean upholstery that you can verify to me as synthetic fiber, but I am not yet trained and certified to clean organic-fiber upholstery (ex. cotton). I hope to get formal training for all types of upholstery and fabric cleaning in the near future. Your furniture and my reputation are otherwise not worth the risk.
My carpet is still under warranty. Can you clean it?
I use VLM cleaning for carpets under warranty since my vacuum, VLM equipment, and cleaners all have the CRI SOA.
If your carpet is still under warranty, some carpet companies/manufacturers require the use of CRI SOA equipment and cleaners (The Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval) or else you will void your warranty. Please check your warranty or your carpet retailer for details. Don’t make the mistake of voiding it by using a non-certified alternative!
Can you explain what you mean by VLM carpet cleaning?
