I specialize in very low moisture (VLM) encapsulation cleaning using an industry-leading system that has been proven over decades. As an IICRC certified Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), my cleaning equipment, products, and practices are designed to extend the life of one of your biggest investments.
The biggest advantage of using way less water is the quick drying time, which allows you to quickly get back to living or working instead of waiting hours for your carpets to dry after using *high-moisture spray-extraction methods or shampooing (ex. Rug Doctor).

Low moisture also means low air humidity, which means little to no frost build-up on windows, even in winter. There is often no need to open windows to dry anything; your HVAC system should do just fine.
And the self-contained equipment means there is also no need to prop a door open to drag a hose through like you would with truck-mount cleaning – perfect also in windy weather (and if you want outside things to stay there: bugs, rodents, pollen, dust, etc.).

My cleaning equipment is also CRI SOA certified, which means the toughest at getting grime out of carpets without damaging them.
If your carpet is still under warranty, some carpet companies require the use of CRI SOA equipment and cleaners or else you will void your warranty. Please check your warranty or your carpet retailer for details. Don’t make the mistake of voiding it by using a non-certified alternative!

Aren’t all VLM companies the same?’
A machine that uses a bonnet or pad cleans only the upper surface and can even damage the carpet fibers. It also doesn’t fully remove stains and odors because it doesn’t get down to their source at the carpet backing/base. Such machines are designed for hard flooring, not carpet.
My system gently, yet thoroughly, cleans right to the carpet backing, as evidenced by all the grime that gets pulled up. Then the remaining soil particles get trapped in microscopic-sized encapsulant which is easily vacuumed away once dry.
In other words, will stains re-appear after a couple of days? Or musty, wet smells (dog, urine, smoke)?
