Here is what sets my services apart:
Your cleaned carpet is ready to walk on in as little as 30 minutes
Perfect for those with allergies or sensitive to chemicals
Minimal disruption to your home or work space, no matter what time of year
Designed to extend the life of one of your biggest investments
I am an IICRC certified Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) and I specialize in very low moisture (VLM) encapsulation cleaning using an industry-leading system that has been proven over decades. It allows you to quickly get back to living or working instead of waiting hours for your carpets to dry after traditional hot water extraction cleaning (HWE, a.k.a. “steam” cleaning, truck mount cleaning).
How would a quick turnaround help during your next move, whether you or a tenant is moving out or moving in?
Or if you need your commercial space to have the least amount of disruption?
Low moisture also means low humidity, which means that cleaning is possible in the winter or in other cold weather with little to no frost build-up on windows, so there is often no need to open windows or doors to dry anything. Your HVAC system should do just fine.
And because my equipment is self-contained, there is also no need to prop a door open to drag a hose through like you would with HWE cleaning – perfect also in windy or dusty weather (and if you don’t happen to like rodents).
If you live, work in, or manage a space where carpets (ex. wool) and/or people are sensitive to chemicals, most of my cleaning products have earned one or more of the following certifications: CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) Seal of Approval, Green Seal, WoolSafe, and/or CleanSeal. My cleaning equipment is CRI SOA certified, which means the toughest at getting grime out of carpets without damaging them.
If your carpet is still under warranty, some carpet companies require the use of CRI SOA equipment and cleaners as part of their carpet warranties. Please check your warranty or your carpet retailer for details. Don’t make the mistake of voiding your warranty with a non-certified alternative!
“But does this stuff actually work? And how does it work?”
Not all encapsulation cleaning is created equal! A machine that uses a bonnet or pad cleans only the upper surface and can even damage the carpet fibers. It also doesn’t fully remove stains and odors because it doesn’t get down to their source.
My system gently, yet thoroughly, cleans right to the carpet backing (base), as evidenced by all the grime that gets pulled up. Then the remaining soil particles get trapped in encapsulant which is easily vacuumed away once dry.
What about carpet stain wicking? Or musty, wet smells (dog, urine, smoke)? With proper, industry-recommended VLM encapsulation (like that done by Neat Freak Cleaning), stain and odor molecules get trapped as well.
If you don’t think that “green” can also mean “clean” then contact me today to book a cleaning or a free, on-site estimate or to learn more about very low moisture carpet cleaning – and prepare for a radical change in your perspective.
You’ll likely never view carpet cleaning the same way again!
